Orders are normally processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
POLAND
Orders fulfilled from our warehouse in Poland are normally delivered within 2–3 business days.
Standard delivery within Poland costs PLN 14.99 for orders with a goods value below PLN 150. Standard delivery is free for orders with a goods value of PLN 150 or more.
GERMANY
Orders fulfilled from our warehouse in Germany are normally delivered within 2–3 business days.
Standard delivery within Germany costs EUR 4.99 for orders with a goods value below EUR 35. Standard delivery is free for orders with a goods value of EUR 35 or more.
BULGARIA
Orders for delivery to Bulgaria are not yet open. The launch will be announced on the Bulgarian website.
OTHER EU DESTINATIONS
Currently, delivery to Germany or Poland can be selected at checkout. Delivery to other countries is not yet available.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are clearly displayed at checkout before the order is placed.
TRACKING
Where tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information after the order has been dispatched.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, courier delays, weather conditions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Current standard delivery rates
Germany: €4.99 below a goods value of €35; free standard delivery from €35. Poland: PLN 14.99 below a goods value of PLN 150; free standard delivery from PLN 150. Thresholds are based on the value of goods after discounts, excluding shipping charges. These rates apply to delivery in Germany and Poland only. The final shipping total is shown at checkout before payment.
